For Domestic Order:

  • We provide free exchange or returns within 15 days of the date that you receive your order.
  • All items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Refund Processing Time: Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

  • Refund on accessories : We don't offer any refund or return on ties, pocket squares, tie bars. However, you can exchange if you like a different color and design available on our website.
  • Damage During Shipping: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We may request photos of the damage to assist with our investigation.

  • Refunds for Promotional Offers: If you received a promotional offer, such as a discount or free item with purchase, and return any portion of your order, the value of the promotional offer will be deducted from your refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition, has been worn or washed, or is damaged in any way.

  • Late or Lost Deliveries: Please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Refunds for Out of Stock Items: If an item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

  • Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If you cancel your order before it has shipped, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. If your order has already shipped it cannot be cancel until you receive on your end.

  • During festivals, pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.

For International Order:

  • We currently do not offer refunds on international orders due to the high cost of return shipping.
  • For international orders, please note that additional customs duties fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information on these charges.
  • Please also note that international orders may take longer to process and deliver due to customs clearance procedures and other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
